5b281519ff + 🎨 Redid many badges to have better colours (#7) 
This commit is the result of #7. Many, many icons have been changed/altered to have better colours and icons.
A few might need some more adjustments in the Markdown code section, but that'll come at a later point in time.

I've also:

- removed some badges that dont have icons
- downright removed a few completely as they were unneeded
- replaced any links leading somewhere with (#) to not confuse people when they see the warning

0acdc09606 Removed a few non-working buttons + fixed some (#4) 🛠️ 
- Removed some of the version-control badges as they would not work

- Fixed a few of the buttons
   - I added my own URL/repo references from other projects to these ones. Please change them to yours if you want to use your own.

Kinda a big changelog:

- Added "Please Note ⚠️" message into a [!WARNING] alert
- Removed issue tip
- Added a note that the buttons are examples, and may lead to other pages, and as such, will require slight editing.

+ Redid socials section + with more (WILL ADD TWITTER SOON!)

+ New website/server status badges
