✨ feat: add "Licenses" section with new badges (#292)

* ✨ feat: add "Licenses" section with new badges

The badges added are Apache License 2.0, CC0, CC BY, CC BY-SA, CC BY-ND, CC BY-NC, CC BY-NC-SA, CC BY-NC-ND.

* ✨ feat: add BSD, GPLv2, GPLv3, AGPLv2, and AGPLv3 and remove variations of CC BY.

* 🐛 fix: licenses section so AGPL license badges are at the top.

* ✨ feat: add LGPLv2.1 and LGPLv3.0.
